Stratford District Council is looking for a capable and enthusiastic person to be our Property Officer. This position is for a two year period, working part-time for 20 hours a week.
You will be responsible for:
• Day to day operations and maintenance of Council owned buildings and facilities;
• Compliance of Council owned buildings and facilities with consents, permits etc;
• Customer service and resolution of customer requests and complaints.
This is an opportunity to work with a small, supportive and dynamic team in a position that offers variety and challenge. Previous experience in a related discipline or a relevant qualification would be desirable.
