The Champion Information Management team are the caretakers of the business’ information, we manage the information required to conduct the business of the Council.  This includes the delivery, caretaking, storage, retrieval and disposal of information.

You will make sure that all documentation is secure and provide information that is requested from internal customers accurately, effectively and in a timely manner.
You will have great written comprehension, numeric and computer skills and will understand the principles of information management.

In addition you will:
•    Have great attention to detail.
•    Be able to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
•    Be self managing.
•    Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

This position is 22.5 hours per week based in the Cambridge office and it is expected that you will be flexible in working across both the Cambridge and Te Awamutu Council locations.

This is an opportunity to work in an autonomous role, and be a team player as part of our Waipa Champions team.
