To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate that you have the skills necessary to deliver on Councils’ asset objectives which include ensuring that assets and services are efficiently managed, operated, maintained and developed.

Your ability to effectively manage stakeholder engagement will be a key element in your success and your exceptional communication skills will assist you to develop constructive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders in the wider business and regional communities.

You’ll need a proven track record in developing and inspiring high performance and contributing to building and maintaining a positive organisational culture, which demonstrates innovation, collaboration, transparency and exceptional service to its diverse range of internal and

external customers.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in roles within the public sector or directly related occupations that enable you to match the skill set we are looking for.  You must hold a BE Civil or equivalent qualification.
